Job Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients, generate leads, and close sales
2. Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations
3. Research products and recommend tailored solutions to clients
4. Upsell products and services to maximize sales
5. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 1+ year of sales experience
3. Strong English communication skills
4. Interest in learning sales and support in the tech industry
5. Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently
6. Must own a laptop/PC with reliable internet access
7. Flexible to work within EST/EDT hours
